JayDay Studios reserves the right to change any part of the TOS when seemed fit. It is your responsibility to go over and review these Terms of Service if you are thinking of commissioning. By placing an order for a commission, you indicate that you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms then do not use or access the site.
Based on Don't Hug Cacti's TOS, which can be found on their website.
Any price quoted is subjected to change before finalized payment. JayDay Studios reserves the right to deny any service to anyone. Our studio guarantees for up to 60 days upon the day of the item being received. Any and all alterations not made by JayDay Studios voids the warranty. Normal wear and tear will not be covered under our warranty. Our Warranty only covers defects in the material and or construct within our suits.
JayDay Studios requires a 30% non-refundable down payment to guarantee your slot and completion date. Once the commission nears completion, you will be notified to pay the total payment. Any late payment will result in your commission having a later completion date or canceled. Currently, our studio only accepts PayPal as a form of payment, in the future, we will implement other ways for commissioners to pay. JayDay Studios is not responsible for lost or late payments. We always send payments as an invoice.
JayDay Studios will work with minors only above the age of 16. If under, we have the right to decline any payment and or cancel the commission if found.
It is requested that you do not make any changes to the costume once given a completion date. Any changes made after that point can cause the price and completion date to change. Our studio will work with you to cover any details before the commission is accepted. We do not bite so please don't be afraid or hesitant to ask about changes, since most will not affect the price or date. Some examples that will alter the price but not limited to: added/extra colors, added marking, certain requests, and any and all things that require new material to be bought.
Work in progress updates will be sent whenever we can. Any questions we have about the design will be asked and you will be updated throughout the entire process to make sure your suit is correct. You will be updated with any and all updates concerning delays or events, but best to follow us on our social media since we post updates more frequently there. All that information can be found in the contact tab of our website.
We currently don't have anything on this since we are still in the process of creating more examples for our site. Once body suit examples are made, this piece will be updated accordingly.
Shipping is included in the final price on our invoices that is within the United States and internationally. Before we ship, we require a name and phone number for your package. We are still fairly new when it comes to shipping out suits but the carrier we will be shipping with will be given to you along with a tracking number for your package. Please be aware that any incidents that occur during shipping are out of our control, this goes for international shipping as well. Please be patient, large parcels tend to get held in customs, again, out of our control.
A clear, Fursuit friendly reference is required before the commission can start, a detailed description can work alongside the reference. Concept art can be purchased beforehand, more information will be added here on that but for now, JayDay Studios is doing concepts for free. We are still in the process of finding a concept artist and a page on that will be added.
Anything agreed upon by both parties in writing, including emails and private DM's, is a binding contract. By accepting a commission from JayDay Studios, you agree upon all terms of service. Jay Day Studios stores all digital evidence of communication and it is advised you do the same.
